We are proud to announce that our waterpark is now a certified autism centre. This means that we have been trained and certified by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals with autism and other special needs. Our staff has been trained in autism sensitivity and awareness, and we have implemented various accommodations to make the park more accessible to individuals with autism.

Most rides have minimum height requirements. Dedicated children's areas are available for little ones under 100cm.
Complimentary and valet parking is available at Atlantis, The Palm. Gold Pass holders enjoy complimentary valet parking.
Appropriate swimwear is required on all rides and in all pools. Cotton clothing is not permitted on slides.
